Certified Personal trainer & nutrtionist specialist - based in london

My name is Awais Touqeer, and I’m a certified Personal Trainer based in East London, currently operating out of PureGym — where I’ve been training clients.
I hold a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition, Strict Weight Management, and Athletic Conditioning — one of the highest levels of fitness education in the UK. I’ve also completed CPD-accredited courses in Core Functional Training and Circuit Training, giving me a well-rounded, science-backed approach to fitness.

I believe fitness is for everyone, regardless of your age, background, body type, or identity. I’m proud to be an LGBTQ+-friendly trainer and create a safe, inclusive, and judgement-free space for all my clients. 

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, I design every programme around you — your goals, your body, your lifestyle. No generic plans. No guesswork. Just results.

I’m a personal trainer based in East London, operating out of PureGym on Whitechapel Road, E1. It’s easily accessible from Whitechapel, Stepney Green, Bethnal Green, Shadwell, and Aldgate — right in the heart of East London.

Depends on consultation sessions and programme you take but generally I offer three types of sessions: Private 1-to-1 Training (£70/session), Group Training (£35/session), and Athlete Training (£95/session, with full nutritional guidance included). Whether you’re just starting out or training seriously, there’s a programme for you.

i am Level 3 Personal Trainer, I also hold a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition, Strict Weight Management, and Athletic Conditioning — one of the highest levels of fitness education available in the UK. I’ve also completed CPD-accredited courses in Core Functional Training and Circuit Training.

 specialise in muscle gain, fat loss, body toning, strength and conditioning, biomechanics, corrective exercise, and nutrition planning. Every programme is fully personalised — no generic plans, no guesswork.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Absolutely. I work with complete beginners through to seasoned athletes at PureGym Whitechapel. I assess your current fitness level in the first session and build a structured plan around you — your body, your goals, your pace.
